My environment is Windows 7 and VS2010 ultimate. When i''m trying to build the sketch flow project taken from TFS, it is showing the build error.

The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)'

Please see my comment to the question. Hard to say exactly not looking at the solution, but check up versions of the target .NET of the projects, try to remove references and add them again — usually helps.
