I would like to do a project in dot net on the following topic

"Exploiting Dynamic Resource Allocation for Efficient Parallel Data Processing in the Cloud".

I have experience only in simple database projects like ticket reservation and department stores.My professor give me to do a project on this subject.Actually i have no idea how to do it and what kind of project it is.That''s Why i posted it here.You professionals can help me.What is the first step i need to do.I googled it and i couldn''t understand it well.Could tell me it''s simply?ANd please tell me what is the first step i need to do.

Somebody went completely crazy: either your professor or you, or you both. Either your level is completely inadequate to the topic, or the topic is was created after a deeply drunk night. I really don''t understand such "education". Most of my friends and I created the topics for our projects ourselves, related to the area of research of the lab/department, quite consciously, based on sufficient knowledge in the field. I have no idea how it is possible to get any real knowledge/experience in the situation I can see from your question. Just don''t despair, try to analyze the situation and find some solution.
