I need to create GUI for an application that looks like iTunes. It needs to be done in html5. But as i am new to html, I have no idea from where to start. Please guide me with some links/tutorials from where i can learn to create an application with html5. And will javascript be required to learn. Also will CSS be required.

I need to build an standalone html front end gui application that runs in windows. I should not open in browser but launch as an application. Can you please guide me how to do that?
