Hi,

I am a beginner in PHP and I got told I have to program this particular project using the Kohana framework.

I am new to PHP and Kohana however I managed to complete my section (so far) in the controller part of the project, however every piece of code (except the formatting of the website, which is in the views section) is located in the controller. (All 600 lines).

I do know however that I have to use the models, yet the Kohana documentation is not yet complete. I have no idea, not only what models are or how to write and communicate through the controller with them.

Can some-one give me an insight into describing what are models in Kohana and how do you write + access them.
