I have a USB Device with a vendor Id and Product Id. I want some Library of java that deals with USB Ports. I am using Android 3.0.

You need to rewind a little first, before you look at the software it''s important that the hardware is capable of USB Host mode. Not all devices support this and no matter how much software you throw at it your not going to make it work.

If you know the device supports USB host mode, then libusb would be a good starting place. Simply google "libusb android".
