for this i want to generate table in the screen so that the no of rows depends on the no of branch of each incharge and more over in the screen the first column value has to be value from table1 and rest to be a test box

I did not really understand the scenario, sorry. You have two related database tables, and you want to show some info taken out of this tables and show that info in a tabular way? What do you need help with? With retreiving data from both database tables or with showing it?

If the first, include a JOIN statement in your SQL Query

If the second, go with a GridView and databind it to your datasource...
