But to C++? The .Net Framework has a vast library with no easy equivalent in pure C++. If your code uses methods like ToString or classes like MemoryStream or Convert, you will have to find these libraries separately or else code them yourself.

This is not "converting". Is this C++/CLI or C++. If this is pure C++/CLI for .NET you could translate your code, but if this is C++ for Windows, this is a very different platform and technology. It''s more like writing big part of your code from scratch.
