hello guys, i am facing a very unusual problem.I was debugging my asp.net application and suddenly my PC got turned off. When I restarted it, the page (*.vb) I was working on of the web form got converted into a format which shows 0 0 0 0 0 .... in the Visual Studio 2010. When I view the file in notepad it shows empty?
how can i get it back.
please help me guys .

Never heard of this happening, but it is a good lesson for the benefits of using source code control, even on small local projects.

It wasn''t converted, the file and project were not properly closed. Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do.

As Mark in Solution 1 said, consider it a good lesson learned. If you don’t have source control you can also make copies of the project folder every time you hit a milestone or once a day. Backups are very useful, and now, you know why.
