I have two application,both have their seperate database and running fine individually. now I want to integrate the two application.
How can I do this??

It is going to depend - a lot - on how well you wrote the two applications.
If you did a good job, and designed the two apps to be well-behaved and modular, then it may not be too bad. If, on the other hand, you took shortcuts at every opportunity, then it could well be a nightmare.

Without knowing your code, it is not really possible to say. Try it: Back everything up, create a new solution, and add the two projects to it. See what happens!
