I m having Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone 7,
I am able to build the project but can not run it. F5 option is Disabled.

You have to be on Vista or Windows 7.

Download and install the Windows Phone SDK (Windows Phone Developer Tools), the Windows Phone Developer Tools January 2011 Update, and the Windows Phone Developer Tools Fix. They can be found here[^] (look under "Windows Phone Developer Tools 7.0" and follow instructions).

You should download and install the Silverlight for Windows Phone Toolkit[^] as well.

Once you have those you''ll have a combo box in the Visual Studio toolbar that you can select "Windows Phone 7 Emulator". Then when you run a WP7 app it should run in the emulator.

If you''re new to Silverlight, you''ll want the Silverlight Documentation[^]. There''s an offline version here[^] as well. WP7 currently uses a Silverlight 3 runtime so avoid Silverlight 4 features on WP7.
