使用Visual Basic 6.0连接Sql Server时出现上述错误

我已经生成了许多应用程序，但是只有其中一些正面临这个问题.首先，我认为Windows 7会出现此问题.但是在XP上也会发生此问题

我的连接字符串是

I am getting above error while connecting Sql server using visual Basic 6.0

I have generated many application but only some of them are facing this problem . First I thought this problem occur for windows 7. But it occurs on xp also

my connection string is

convar = "Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;Persist Security Info=False;User ID=sa;password=san123*;Initial Catalog=dtb_web;Data Source=puneadc"
