I would not say that it cannot be done but one should not make such softwares. The only purpose such softwares serve is to spam the youtube/twitter place with junk accounts and then with junk material or just increasing the account count.

I really doubt someone would help here in creating you such a software that has no real use in the software world. Sorry, but to me, it does not even fit in as a homework exercise.
