I need to move mails with attachments from outlook to my machine like c,d or E folders. I apply rule for subject. If any mail contains that subject outlook needs to drop that attachment in folders. What is the best way to approach.

There is no way to save mail in the physical location.
You can do this u can archive mail. but this will not allow u to read mails directly.

to read and save mail u need to write code.
