Hi,
Our team is migrating our DB from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008. We are facing the following issue:

- Some passwords for the SQL logins have got successfully migrated BUT some of the passwords for few SQL logins have not migrated successfully.

Can anyone help me in identifying what could be the reason (any particular case when this happens) ?

Help me troubleshoot the same. I don''t want to reset the passwords.
