Check the Name of the page/or its path you are trying to run.

If you are using IIS, then you have to save your files in the httpRoot folder under inetpub in C: drive, and then access the files through a browser as in http://localhost/..... If you are using Visual studio 2005 express edition, it might be easier to build and run the project using the developement server, implemented by the VS.
