I had choosen a face recognition project for my masters.I am using the PCA (principal component analysis) algorithm for recognition of face. I had acheived the stage of face recognition ,now i met problem in choosing a threshold value which is important for rejection and acceptance of face i.e unknown face. If anybody have any solution about how to choose threshold value,please forward.

We have no idea how your code works, now accurate it has to be, if it is more important to not-recognise falsely (higher security) or to recognise falsely (lower security).

Where you set the threshold will be down to you and trial and error!
