how to play TV (using Disk connection) in windows form application and how to switch to another windows from using timer control. i also want to run some another thread with TV. please help me.

Use the remote that comes with your TV. All you have to do is click the "Source", or "Input" buttons (which one you have is dependent on your remote. There is no way to programatically change it.
