I am developing a web application, in which i want to use latitude & longitude of visitors by IP address.

I''ve searched many times but still I''m not success.

do any one knows the website name, which can provide city database with latitude & longitude... or any web service (API) provider...?

& i also want to learn how to use that webservice in my web application..

(some of them provides out-put in XML file, then how to access that data?)
