There is a huge amount of reading there!

Get a book and work through it, doing the exercises: Avoid anything with "...in 28 days" or exclamation marks in the title.

Wrox do some good ones, so do Apress.

It''s difficult to give specific recommendations: different books cover different parts of the subject. For example, there are whole books on Linq, on Databases, on WCF. It will depend on what your job will entail, but there is no short cut: you can''t just sit down and eat popcorn in front of a video tutorial for an hour and come out as an expert! :laugh:
