I''d like to know if there is a way of creating a search function to basically work as illustrated in http://img836.imageshack.us/i/websearch.jpg/[^]
I''m not a proficient coder, but given a basic structure I can usually adapt it. just wondering if anyone has come across anything that will achieve this.

I want it to just search the local folder by keyword or by tagging each page and searching tags. I also need to insert this into rather an intense bit of code so if theres a nice simple one about that''d be great. I know I ask for a lot but I''m sure you''re the people to ask! I don''t mind paying, but I have very limited funds, like $20 at the most.
