and tell me is it possible to obtain just those two numbers and show on my win form. I am working on small desktop application in c#, where I need to connect every 15 minutes and check for those two numbers.

If these numbers are not on an image or inside flash content you can fetch the page using the WebRequest and WebResponse classes. All that''s left to do now is parse those numbers out of the content with either a RegularExpression or using the Html Agility Pack.
