i have code can convert from TTS and STT , I''ve written it in vb.net 2008 :)

i want to develop it for blind people as mobile application

to read text message which received

and write text message to send it"i should use the Mic in mobile"

but i do not know how to do this on mobile

because i want to use vb.net as language to program this application

AFAIK, there''s no native Speech API available on the PocketPC. You could send your text to a server (using webservices) that converts it to .wav or .mp3 format, retrieve that, and play it back.

Another alternative, albeit this would be cheating a bit; does it have to be a mobile? If you could upgrade the hardware to, say, a ARM-based netbook, then you could probably install Windows 7 Home, and that would (probably) include SAPI.

As a quicktip for your next project; you want to check very early on in your project whether everything you need to build is technically viable, and what it would cost (in terms of time, knowledge and money). That makes it easier to spot potential problems earlier, giving you more options and more time to think about which one you could implement best.
