I want to get the – image when I click on the + image which are present in the header of the Accordion with only one pane. Can any one suggest me the solution with Jscript that is to be used in .net

When you have only one pane and you need a tree like structure/behaviour then why are you using Accordian?

Use a Tree Menu and your scenario would be covered. Further, if you want to keep Accordian (with one pane only!), put a treeview inside it and have ''+'',''-'' behavior for expansion and collapse feature. Accordian would just be like a dummy panel present increasing page load! :doh:
