Hi,
I have a project in mind and just wondering if this is possible. Would be much appreciated if someone can help me start out this project.

I am planning to write a web application which allows users to download a file (say word or excel).

And then, user can save it back (or upload it back) to the server after updating the file.

Is this kind of application already in existence.

Sounds trivial. You can provide links to any file you like and users can upload any file they select with an upload control.
