Hi,
I am working on a application where I have to install a software and show its progress on a progress bar. Any Idea if any body can give on this.
I am able to install it but not able to get its progress with progress bar.
It is a web site page from where you can click and start installation.

Your web app does not run an installer, it simply provides people with a way to download it. This has nothing to do with ASP.NET. If you author an installer package, it should show a progress bar. You need to explain where you''re stuck, how the installer is made, etc.

I have a link to download. This link is normal windows dialog which gives "RUN" "Save" "Cancel" buttons. I have mode save button disable so only run button can install. I have checked my system their will not be any installer after remote installation only prefetch file will be their after installation.
I am stuck to get a progress bar which show complete installation progress.
