我运行现有网站..那时升级文件正常工作..但是当我发布该网站并将其配置为iis时，对于升级文件，我得到了错误.....

i run the existing website ..that time the uploding file properly working..but when i publish that website and to configure that into iis then for uploding file i got the error.....
database error occured.. Error Info: Operation must use an updateable query.
the file is uploaded but according database entries not stores in database...i use breakpoint but that time the exception not throw....and wnen to configure in to iis the above error got ...any one help me...
