它告诉我:

我的计算机已连接网络
我有Win XP而不是服务器

when i make program that uses microsoft MessageQueue.........
it told me that :
The queue does not exist or you do not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation.

i set up the queue from window components in control panel

My computer is with network
