I have developed a window application ,now i want to create its setup,
i want the steps and the software links .I had developed in Microsoft visual c# 2008 Express Edition.

You can create a Visual Studio Setup project in order to deploy your application, but Setup and Deployment projects are not available in VS 2008 Express Edition.
If you have a chance to work with higher editions of VS 2008 then have a look at this[^] tutorial for deploying a C# application (Visual Studio Setup Project).
If you have got only Express Edition of VS 2008 then there are other free alternatives for creating setup and deployment projects, for example you can use Inno Setup[^]. :)
