in my datagrid i place checkboxes, if i select checkbox that row
cell[1] value is displayed in textbox. if again i click that value is again entered into textbox. but my requirement is cell[1] value is entered only one time into the textbox.
please give a any idea about this.

Place a logical check of if the value is already there then don''t do it.
You can also use some counter or a flag per row that tracks the checkbox click. If done once, set the value of flag to true and copy the value to the textbox. Subsequent clicking would not affect the flag change and thus no more copying. Once per row!
