Hi,
I am planing to develop an application on ASP.NET that will be deploy in IIS sevice with SQL database,it will utilise the sms web service to send notification message to a list of recipients.
On the occurence of a particular value in a database this application should be invoke and hence trigger the sms service.

Please share some ideas about this.
