I have to show the bar like a label which should be filled accordingly on the basis of grid label data, that means I am getting a value as 60% from database & while I am showing it in gridview it should be shown like a bar which is 60% filled.Is tehre any ajax control or whatever it is to achieve this functionality. I am not getting any way for this. Please help if any1 has the idea about it. Thanx in advance.

No there is no control as such. You can design one for yourself. It would be a simple table/div/span where you can divide it into lets say 10 parts and fill it according to the data.
