An aspx page cannot be "scheduled". It is code that executes when a user requests it. If you want to schedule some of the functionality of your page, the easiest is to write an executable that duplicates it''s functionality.
Note that this is a case of bad design: if you knew your code would have to be scheduled, you should have written it as a program or a service in the first place, and have your asp stuff call upon the program or service.
