am having the web application designed in VS2003 and its hosted in iis , from iis virtual folder i have copied the files put it into another folder and trying to open the application for modification but i cant.
am getting the error" the web server reported the following error when attemting to create or open the web project located at the following url and "http/1.1 400 bad request''

even i opened the VS2003 and started creating new project that also not possible same error occurs please assist me
