我在sql server management studio express中创建了新的用户登录名.将服务器身份验证设置为sql server和Windows身份验证模式.

hello experts
I created a new user login in sql server management studio express.I set server authentication to sql server and windows authentication mode.
but when i try to login by the login name and password i get the error -
"login failed for user ''mridul.the user is not associated with a trusted
sql server connection".why is that?? (one thing is that after creating new login when i view login properties i see that in the password box the password bullets are greater than my 6 words password.is the wrong is here or where?)
