Here[^] is a the definition of the mssccprj.scc, found by Google. No doubt you will be able to find the remaining types the same way.

Looks like you got a project today and you have NO CLUE at all of what that project is and on which language it is based on!

Please get the project info from whomsoever you got that.

You are doing project in .NET 3.5 and have no clue of what these file are for! Read books.

These look like Visual Basic project files, so try opening the project with Visual Studio (if you have it) or get a copy of Visual Basic Express Edition[^] if not.
