Well, your first step is to buy some basic books. ADO.NET is what you use to call stored procs, there are tons of examples on this very site, in the articles, and lots of books at Amazon.com. You should write a proper data layer, in a dll, and centralise as much as you can ( for example, one connection string, read by one piece of code to create a connection ).
