I am a student in my final year. Am working on a project that reqires that i write a program in C++ in order to design a face recognition system. I have no prior knowledge in C++ programming. Please help me out

This does not sound like an achievable goal in the time you have left. Are you saying that you will not pass your finals without this project? Assuming you are talented, have a programming background, and are a quick learner, then you could become proficient in C++ within 2/3 months.
