I don''t see what the talk about textboxes has to do with Excel. I also cannot work out what you are asking. Why do you have two textboxes, if you want to create an Excel sheet ? If the text you typed is disappearing, then your code is making it happen, somehow. So, you need to set some breakpoints and work out what is going on. If you don''t handle the text changed event of the textbox, handle it, set a break point and see what is changing it.
