I''m sorry, but this is not even remotely a question. .NET 3.0 is an add in for .NET 2.0, which mostly adds WPF. Are you using WPF ? What language are you using ? Where does the data come from for this report ? What sort of things do you want to allow the user to specify ? Do you mean a grid based report, or something visual ?
