I seem to remember this being asked already, your lucky I can''t see the history of your questions yet.

Look into the ''anchor'' and ''dock'' properties of your controls.

When you set these correctly, the controls will resize or move (depending on the settings of these property''s) when the form resizes.

To get the hang of these properties just play around with them a bit and see what happens.
You can do that in the designer. Set the properties then resize your form and the controls will move/resize them self.
