I have a desktop application (document management Product) using .net 3.5 and sql 2005 express. I want my database mdf file to be included in the project folder and want to connect using windows authentication mode. If this is possible, will it create any problem when I deply and create a setup?

Yes it is possible to have your mdf, ldf files in your project folder. SO the onncetion string will have "server = .\SQLEXPRESS".  It will not create any problem when you deploy lalso. Works fine.
