I have a mac OS UI project. It allows you to make your PC seem like an mac OS. But I need to make my app frames with blur effect. so I need your help guys :( Is there anybody knows it.

What I have tried:

I tried with gaussian blur. When I''m moving window then these codes just happen:
(This is example.)

Opacity = 0
Backgroundimage = Blur(Takescreenshot)
Opacity = 1
