I am looking for a way to redirect web & mobile users to two different links.

I already managed to redirect mobile traffic to a different folder/link, pretty much anywhere I want to sent them to but the tricky part here is that I want to redirect web users to a different link as well.

Well, I'm unsure if you want the solution in PHP or JavaScript but you can just basically check with the detectmobilebrowsers.com script if it is a phone. The function returns true if it has detected a mobilephone and false if not.
