What would be the best way and the easy one to make a connection from a remote SQL db to an android app? I already know that for mysql,php webservice is required which is easy to make..but i have no clue about the same when it comes to SQL server.Can anyone suggest me an easy and secure method to implement it?I require it urgently for a project i am making. Can we use similar php interface for communicating with SQL server? And more Importantly how?
