SELECT ..., total_count = COUNT(*) OVER()
FROM ...
ORDER BY ...
OFFSET 120 ROWS
FETCH NEXT 10 ROWS ONLY;

This can make it complex to determine exactly what the COUNT() should look like and where it should go.
