我是CSS 2.0的初学者！但每次我陷入问题，当我去定位一个元素（标题，框，菜单，布局）。我不能放置我想做的任何事情。

I am beginner learner of CSS 2.0! But Every time i fall in problem when i go to position an element (header,box,menu,layout). I can't position anything which i want to do. I have google several time but there every tutorial is boring and same.
