I want to do something with mta maps, so is there such an API?

The other method I was thinking of is going to the website and stripping out the tags.

Yes I've checked google and mta dev sites but I am not finding what I need. On the mta site, I only see data that are about the trains as in what trains are there, what their stops are. I need something along the lines of data about traffic delays or any sort of interruptions etc.
