hi Everyone , i have an excel file ,and i want to apply IF formula to one column and the true condition should update two columns .

From The above table ,If i entered date in H column , I should Get 0 in G and "Paid" in I column .

What I have tried:

=IF(H2>1,0 & I2="paid",(TODAY()-A2-C2))

Here i tried using IF condition and i can make G column as 0 , but but I column is not changing. Please check it and let me know how can i solve it .

i'm not sure if there is already a built-in function that will check if the value of a column is a date, however you can create a function that will check if the value column H is a date.
if you are familiar with Excel Macros you can easily create a function in there.

The formula for the entries in column I is:

=IF(H3<>"","Paid","")

I do not think you can put a value in column G without using a macro.
