When going through the ML tutorial and up to when I opened the 01.run-experiment.ipynb file, I received the error "Connection to notebook server could not be established"

The Kernel attempted to start but then changed to not connected.

Could you please try to restart the kernel from kernel-> restart? or refresh the page from chrome browser.
