I want to combine multiple tables from one database, and the new tables should be loaded in another database.

I tried join queries in Script Task to combine tables, But If I execute Script Task again it will load duplicate records also.

Why are you trying to use the Script Component? Why not use the standard SQL JOIN facilities to accomplish your requirement?
